My mission as a fitness and nutrition coach is to educate and empower you. My background in massage, yoga, dance, running, and strength training have helped me refine the most efficient and effective ways to help you become stronger and more mobile. I absolutely love to pair fitness and nutrition to help you feel amazing in your body. I believe everyone deserves to live their life with joy and confidence and I can't wait to support you on your journey to where you want to be.

I have had the pleasure to have Brianna as a class instructor and for personal training sessions and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was almost immediately able to assess what I needed and helped me form a challenging, but fun program to increase my strength. Her fun, non-judgemental personality make work outs something I looked forward to each week. She is incredibly knowledgeable and in tune with her clients. I am so grateful to have met her and worked with her.
I feel myself moving up and getting strong at the gym in various exercises. It's also getting easier to plan and prep food for the week.
Training has helped me stay accountable and motivated to keep moving forward even if I feel a setback over the weekend.
