Each 12-week seasonal program blends strength, mobility, and athletic movement patterns to help you build long-term, capable strength that actually carries into real life.

BFit runs on 12-week seasonal cycles, designed to give you enough time to build momentum, see progress, and feel the difference.
•    Weekly progressions built in - no guessing when to level up
•    Exercise updates every 4 weeks to keep training fresh and effective
💡 Payments are monthly, but you’re always training within a 12-week seasonal structure.

FAQ

  • Is this program a good fit if I'm new to the gym?​​ YES!!! This will take away ALL of the guessing work so you can just focus on getting yourself to the gym and follow the plan with confidence and finally start seeing results!

  • Can I do this from a home gym? This program is designed for a gym, however, if you have resistance bands and free weights (dumbbells and/or kettlebells), and a creative mind, you could totally make it work!

  • How many days per week? 4 total, however, it is designed so that even if you can only do one, you can still get a good workout. The key is sticking to it consistently over time! 

  • How long are the workouts? Generally it should take you about an hour to complete the workouts, however, everyone moves at different pace and that's okay!

  • When can I join?! The registration open will always open for 1 week prior to the next 2-month cycle. I will keep dates posted here for reference! You cannot join anytime- so be sure to get in during the window!
