My idea of a healthy lifestyle is one that is filled with JOY. Instead of labeling foods as “bad”, believing in strict diets, and ‘killing’ ourselves in the gym 7 days a week, let’s embrace the idea that being healthy means enjoying what we eat and feeling great in our bodies.
